Silica Fume NR950 is a dry powder available in two forms,densified silica fume and undensified silica fume .

95% Densified Silica Fume contains a minimum of 95% silicon dioxide (SiO2), and the Bulk density is 240-320kg/m³.

95% Silica Fume Densified Powder generally has high fluidity, and is also the first choice for refractory brick steelmaking materials.It is generally popular in the Asian market. The finished product has more stable thermal insulation performance and high strength.

Densified Silica Fume Powder increases the density of the micro silica fume powder, reduces the transportation cost, and thus improves the use performance. The density before densification is about 150-200 kg/m³, and it can reach 700 kg/m³ after densification, which reduces the volume and increases the particle size.

In the application of high-strength, high abrasion resistance, underwater casting of anti-scattering concrete, etc., the amount of silica fume admixture should not be too low usually accounting for 5%-10% of the cementitious material.
