92% Undensified Silica Fume is a micro-silica fume with 92% SiO2 content, and the Bulk density is 240-320kg/m³.

Particle morphology and mineral structure: during the formation process of silica fume, the amorphous phase is formed by the action of surface tension due to the effect of surface tension during the formation of phase change, and the surface is smooth. Some are aggregates with multiple spherical particles adhered together. It is a very high surface area and highly active volcanic ash. With silica fume, tiny spheroids can be lubricated.

The appearance is grey powder, SiO2 content is 92% and has high densified and semi densified products. It can be applied to large concrete, high-speed rail, bridge and other projects, and is used as a necessary admixture.

In the application of high-strength, high abrasion resistance, underwater casting of anti-scattering concrete, etc., the amount of silica fume admixture should not be too low usually accounting for 5%-10% of the cementitious material.

The addition of 92% Undensified Silica Fume needs to extend the mixing time, can not be mixed in wet concrete after mixing, it is recommended to extend the mixing time of 30 seconds than ordinary concrete to ensure uniform mixing.
