Can we visit the factory before placing the first order?
Yes — buyers, engineers and QC teams are welcome. We arrange airport pickup (Chengdu Shuangliu CTU), a full plant tour of our submerged arc furnaces, sample collection on site, and same-day return. One working day is usually enough.
Can you offer samples for testing? Are they free?
Sure, samples are available for testing purposes and are usually free within testing quantity — you only cover the courier cost. Tell us your target grade and application, and we dispatch within 2 working days.
Are you a factory or a middleman?
We are a professional manufacturer of silica fume with a variety of submerged arc furnace types, and we operate 5 production bases across China. You buy factory-direct, with no trading margin in between.
What is the packaging of micro silica fume?
Standard packaging is 25 kg neutral white coated plastic woven bags, and 500–1000 kg neutral white ton bags. OEM printed bags and custom packing are available on request.
